WOW!!! ixora's third for cheer!!!omg... can't believe it when the emcee announced that. our efforts were paid off after practicing so hard for like one month and two weeks according to leng jen.
and i can't believe that ixora cheer 09 has come to an end. there will be nothing to stay back for on tuesday and friday, going to bishan stadium, laughing at each other's funny mistakes and many more. but no more muscle aches:) i plastered half a box of salonpas so that i will be in full force during sports day:) but it's quite fun and stingy.

i was the earliest to reach the stadium @ 5am. and soak teng then told me that it was supposed to be 5.45. and the whole stadium was wet. then bougae came... and more came... and finally we start doing our hair and make ups. ha, i love the hair spray. so cool.then we practice and do the VICTORY cheer. it gets you super high and makes you super crazy. i love that cheer:)

cheered for band during the inter-unit relay. we came in last:(

at 8.45, we went to assemble outside the stadium for briefing. we were the last to perform. i was freaking nervous. we were praticing our stunts, whispering cheers, wishing other houses good luck.then it's our turn. we have to walk thorugh that mini-tunnel thingy and it makes you feel like a football star!

haha. we charged out like superman and begin our cheer...we did fabulous and we ended off with the ixora-barbie girl cheer.
haha. i know we'll do just fine after so many drilling practices. and we almost emptied the vending machine in bishan stadium!!!and the results showed it all. although we're the last in auditions, but we improved and won third!

all thanks to our fabulous cheer cap and the whole squad. cherie, eleanor, minru, shanshan, adilah, anisa, aqilah, hannah, wan xin, xiao ying, aerilynn, alicia, ashikin, huixian, lengjen, priscilla and soakteng. you guys rock especially one of the sec three that has 'h' in her name. okay lah, the best is our dear cheer cap soak teng who spent the trouble and time to make sure our cheer is 100% perfect. lots of thx to her.:D

congrats to champion rose. after watching their cheer video, i really have to admit you guys were really good. good job lingyi! :)congrats to garde who got second. they were really funny and made me relax a little when i was waiting for our turn. :)
haha, cheer was super fun. can't wait for next year's cheer to come and see ixora win. and this time we're so gonna get the gold piece of chocolate!

shall relax for the whole weekend and enjoy the chelsea vs burnley match, and belgium F1.

SO BORED!!!

spent the whole day listening to FANTASTIC hungarian rhapsody no.2. liszt's composition are nice:)
then play games on facebook.

shih hui called me yesterday. i told her i have not done much when i was 'on holiday'. so i'm gonna start preparing for common test. i will start once i'm finished playing. haha, homework later too. no mood.

shall continue listening to hungarian rhapsody no. 2. it is just so cute. adorable but NOT ugly. it's BEAUTIFUL. yixuan, really, believe me. stop listening to howl's, listen to this to!!!

Chelsea is gonna come back in 12 days time!!!!! that is, like, less than 2 weeks. Chelsea has been doing well for pre-season matches and i know that they can do it this time:)

i missed the cheer auditions on saturday cos i'm not allowed to touch a small square centimetre of cedar for a week. hope ixora did well for the auditions. can't wait to get back to school to continue practicing for cheer again:) GO IXORA! we are gonna rule sports day'09!

my brother and sister are so jealous that i can stay at home and have my one-week holiday. hello? this is called on mc not holiday. but apparently, i'm gonna enjoy myself before i get back to school and, if i feel like it, prepare for upcoming common test. i have no textbooks at home so my mom can't ask me to revise>:) haha.

schumacher is coming back in his pro ferrari!!! omg, he's the best. hope that he will be able to thrash that button. i know he can! he's like the fastest in almost all the grand prix. i can't wait to see him race. i want to see button's face after he's thrashed. haha.

express yourself day sounded so fun... just so sad that i can't go.:(

stuck with com and tv. but no one to quarrel with. hope hsu chieh is enjoying herself in band, coming out with 'dance steps' for singapore songs. i can't stop laughing just thinking about it. i felt so evil but it's just so funny to think what kind of creative stuff she can come out with as sherri, debbie and me have not thought of. haha.

i so want to go back to school.

i just recovered from my super high fever of 40 degrees. but still felt very weird. like floating on air cos i am very dizzy. my mom says it's because i have not eaten for 2 days. still got a bit of slight headache.
today, everybody should be enjoying themselves except for me...:( cannot join the class as being bimbo.
called soak teng yesterday to tell her i can't make it for saturday's audition, and i found out that many cheerleaders were sick too. hope that all of us can get well soon!!!
my junior's sick too... so yesterday only hsu chieh went for band... haha, then she will understand those days when debbie and sherri dumped me during the holidays. :)
staying at home is damn sian... but i get to miss chinese test!!! so happy. not sure if i can make it for national day. nvm, then i don't need to wear stuffy white pants.:) and i don't have to 'dance' with my double bass. anyway, it will melt under the hot sun.
haha, called yixuan yesterday and she complained that she and shih hui were 'two lonely soul'. enjoy the peacefulness when i'm not in school???
everyone is like getting sick... oh no... when will it ever end? 7 days. it's long.

i know you all miss me. don't worry, i will be back. soon.

liverpool thrashed singapore 5-0. gosh, everyone is like cheering for liverpool. so many people, even redder than national day. talking about national day... i don't have any white pants or berms. whoever wears pants or berms in such a hot day? guess my 2 white shorts are not approved... can't possibly wear skirt. i will be opening my legs wide to hold the double bass. aiya whatever, shall think about it next time.
back to liverpool. attracted so many people to watch them. even my brother betrayed man u and went to velocity and watched them. didn't tell me or else i will consider missing rehearsal... ha, just joking. but you might never get a chance to see a world class footballer again... rehearsal is damn boring. playing service medley, lalala and blahblahblah. so boring.i was tempting zhiye to drink my nice green tea but she managed to control herself.:(
when the Caucasian stepped onto the field before the match, i was thinking, wow, she's gonna sing the national anthem like the FA cup. but only: when you walk through the storm hold your head up high. i went crazy and my blood boiled. she can sing all she wants at the Kop but not here!!!
lewis hamilton won hungarian GP!!! i knew that he can do it! that's the only good news so far.

went to bugis yesterday with yixuan and shih hui to shop for shih hui's bimbo clothes. take so long that i feel like killing her. she owes me a big favour next time. i was very tired when walking through bugis street cos i went for cheer from 8 in the morning to 12plus. cheer was so fun and funny, just like last time in sec 1. :) we have a pro cheer cap:) and a good base!!! and that's me! okay, xiao ying, soak teng, leng jen and ME!!!we have cute sec 1s too!
